I'm peeing in that bottom picture.
The only explanation I can think of is that there was a town shopkeeper meeting and the guy from Chicken Royal said "Let's start calling people Boss !" and the guy from the milk bar put his arms in the air and screamed "GENIUS !".

1) I'm not sure what you call them. Grocery store ? General Store ? Convenience store ? It's where you buy your milk, bread etc. but not a supermarket.
2) No I am standing and what you see is my back with my bottom half cropped out. I guess it's not clear because of how my head is turned.
Don't tell anyone but when I'm really drunk I do pee sitting just to be extra careful.
