There's something different about these new posts, are you scanning differently? They look somehow better. Also do you have photoshop?

aw
I didn't even notice it until you said so, but yeah they do seem nicer. I guess the way to do better scans is to whine about them out loud.
Yep, photoshop is pretty much the only thing I know how to use happily.

Don't know if this will help but there are two ways you could crisp up the work further. Either scan the work at 600 PPI and then convert it to a bitmap in photoshop (Maybe even a lower PPI would be fine seeing how it's only for the web) The art work can then be 'copied' and 'pasted' into an rgb or greyscale file if necessary.
Or soemthing maybe a little quicker, is to use the paintbucket tool. But make sure you take the tick out of the box labelled 'contigous'. First paintbox the white, white. The paintbox the black, black. With a threshold of 32 or lower. If that makes sense. But maybe you're fine with how you do it now...

Actually I meant paintbucket the white...paintbucket the balck, etc.

Speaking of i-pods, are people doing visual podcasts, like downloading i-pod comics...it's a thought.
